Kombucha is a digestible, fermented drink with an extremely diverse culture that fits well into our everyday lives. We look at the health potential of kombucha and the basic principles and possibilities of first and second fermentation. We let the Kombucha microbes attack herbs, spices and fruits, from which they extract wonderful flavors. We then taste several versions of pure kombucha and kombucha with second fermentation. Each participant can make their own Kombucha batch and take it home with them.
