The culinary highlight of Fort Kniepass is the "Fort Kulinarik". Eva Schevers and Thomas Hollaus, the two dedicated hosts, serve specialties made from high-quality regional products, with the culinary offerings representing the diversity of regional cuisine with a focus on "fermentation". The interior of the new, modern, bright restaurant has seating for over 80 guests, which is complemented by a take-away area and a spacious indoor play area for younger guests. In fine weather, the guest garden invites you to linger in the open air - the ideal place for a relaxing break and a healthy snack.
