In this seminar you will learn how your body's microbiome works and how it is influenced by diet and natural remedies. This enables you to activate or modulate your immune system. Fermented foods play a key role in this.
The seminar will enable you to ferment foods at home and assess the quality of commercially available pro-, prebiotics and synbiotics. You will develop an overview of foods and dishes for your individual meals that have a positive effect on your microbiome.
In the seminar, you will learn some everyday tools that you can use to make your microbiome more diverse and thus have a positive influence on your health.
