Make your own apple cider vinegar, prepare vinegar extracts & produce oxymel with Karin Buchart
We look at the path from apple to apple cider vinegar to oxymel: how good quality vinegar is brewed at home, which vinegar extracts develop special aromas and effects and how wonderful oxymels are mixed. Participants will take home a batch for a 2-stage fermentation vinegar, vinegar extracts and oximes.
